Sponsor also reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes as Sponsor deems suitable in the event that prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. All national provincial, federal, state and local taxes, and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No cash exchange for prizes drawn. Winners under the age of 18 (as of win announcement) must have their parents’ and/or legal guardians’ consent to accept prizes. Winners’ by acceptance of prizes, agree to release Sundog Eyewear, and affiliated entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages.
