Warranty
Our warranty information below applies to items purchased in North America.
Sundog sunglasses are warranteed by Sundog Eyewear for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and/or workmanship. We will replace or repair at our option, free of charge with proof of purchase, any sunglasses found to be defective during the warranty period.
The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper use of the product. Sundog sunglasses are not warranteed against scratched lenses. All our lenses are made of impact absorbing material and made of scratch resistant (not scratch-proof) material.
This warranty applies to items purchased at Sundog Eyewear authorized retailers.
Sundog Eyewear will determine if a product is covered by our warranty after our inspection.
Warranty Procedure and Packaging Information
If your sunglasses are defective according to the above policy, please return them to where you purchased them at with your proof of purchase. The retailer will replace or exchange the sunglasses for you.

Please complete the email form in the "contact" subsection of the Customer Care section of this Web site and submit it. A Sundog Eyewear Representative will follow up with you.
Sundog Eyewear can not repair damage to its sunglasses caused by accidental breakage and/or normal use.
