FAQ
1. Do you stock spare parts for your sunglasses? We do not stock replacement frame or lenses – but nose pads and temples may be available for your style. Please email us with your parts inquiry. We can probably leave Q2 as it talks about reinstalling lenses – so that could just mean a lens popped out.
2. How do I repair parts?
To attach temple tips or nosepads to a frame, please use a gel based glue, or super glue (such as Krazy Glue), and allow to set for at least an hour before wearing them again. In order to remove lenses, gently bend the frame apart at the top and bottom of the frame as it faces you, and then push the lens out from behind. To reinstall lenses, gently pull the frame apart above and below the lenses, then snap the lens into place from behind. We do not warranty frames that have been damaged from removing or installing lenses.
3. Are all the styles shown available?
We change styles frequently throughout the year, and we change the styles presented on sundogeyewear.com to reflect that reality. We also discontinue many styles throughout the year, so we do not guarantee the availablity of any styles. For this reason, your best option is to find a retailer with a great selection of styles.
4. Can I purchase sunglasses from the sundogeyewear.com?
Purchases cannot be made directly through the website. Please use the if you would like us to assist you in finding an appropriate Sundog eyewear retailer for you.
5. How do I clean the lenses?
First, blow off any dust or grit and then rinse your lenses under water. Gently clean the lenses with a lens cleaning cloth.
6. Are your lenses scratch-proof?
All our styles have lenses that are resistant to scratching, but none are scratch proof. Scratched lenses are not covered under our warranty policy. Please store your sunglasses in a sunglass case in order to minimize damage.
